機(jī)器在生產(chǎn)中的最高速度可達(dá)8秒/模，上下模成型采用伺服控制系統(tǒng)，加上整體先進(jìn)配套的自動化系統(tǒng)，可適應(yīng)各種片材。該機(jī)型具備最人性化的模具更換結(jié)構(gòu)，大大縮短換模時間，先進(jìn)的加熱系統(tǒng)，采用智能模塊控溫，響應(yīng)快，時間短，爭取最高效益，低成本。新型的電爐，加熱框全部使用不銹鋼加裝隔熱板材料設(shè)計(jì)，重量經(jīng)，成本低，散熱快，簡潔的外觀。加熱器采用的德國陶瓷紅外線輻射加熱器，固態(tài)繼電器無觸點(diǎn)輸出，保證升溫快，精度高，穩(wěn)定，溫控誤差±1℃。

送片鏈條采用進(jìn)口帶齒雙排滾子鏈，整體式合金鏈條導(dǎo)軌，結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，導(dǎo)軌加裝冷卻水路、冷卻效率高，內(nèi)循環(huán)水路，節(jié)省水源。各伺服電機(jī)都設(shè)置了熱保護(hù)裝置，以防止伺服電機(jī)因長期工作而過載過流而損壞設(shè)備，各電機(jī)均安裝了過流保護(hù)裝置。
